Shaker Style Linen Closet Update

This project was completed in July of 2016, for a repeat client at their home in Royal Oak, MI. The old linen closet doors were dated and poorly aged, so we decided to update everything to a crisp shaker style with new dovetailed hardwood drawer boxes on ball bearing slides.

After equipping myself with a new table saw complete with a router table wing, and Porter Cable dovetail jig, I began running test parts to dial in all of the tooling.

The door frames and boxes are all poplar, with half inch birch ply panels and bottoms.
